I Needed to get flowers for someone special. I tried a few stores on central Ave and could only find fake flowers so I searched where to find flowers on Google and it sent me here. When I got there I was greeted by the owner and told her I was looking for flowers for 20$ and did not know what I wanted. She asked me so many detailed questions about the person receiving them so that she could best help me get the best flowers for my friend. She absolutely went above and beyond for me!!! She individually picked out each flowers and explained in detail about each one. The store smelled great and was well kept and beautiful!! She certainly is very knowledgeable and an absolutely kind woman who took her time to educate me about the flowers and I really appreciate her for her help today!! Definitely coming back to her business when the time is right. Plus she gave me free flowers to put in there with the ones I got which she did not have to do!!

Blooms by Marie created a gorgeous bouquet for me at the very last minute (since most of us can't predict death). My friend's father passed away, and they were having a celebration of life at a hotel bar in Albany, and I tried to contact multiple florists in the city to assist me with having flowers sent to the family - the problem is, I live and work in South East Asia. Many florists wouldn't even respond to my request, and I even had one that acted like I was a scammer and even said they would not accept an order through online channels for "security" purposes... whatever that meant. In the very last minute, when I thought it would be impossible to have anything sent, Blooms by Marie came through! She was thorough, patient, and so kind and understanding. I was so touched by her kindness and sincerity, and how she went the extra mile to communicate with me despite such a huge timezone difference. I highly recommend Blooms by Marie, and if I am ever in Albany in person, I look forward to visiting her shop and getting flowers for a happier occasion - just because! I have never gone to a flower shop before or picked flowers out for anyone for any occasion that wasn’t online. I needed something quick, but I wasn’t sure what and I was able to work with one of the most amazing women who helped me find the perfect set of flowers and vase. She was genuine she cared and she made the flowers look beautiful. I will be coming back. The only thing that I noticed once I left was that I had purchased a ribbon to go on the vase and I never received that ribbon but that is okay. I don’t think it needed the ribbon anyway.

Blooms by Marie absolutely made my mom’s day. She’s currently in the hospital, and I wanted to send something that would bring light into what has been a tough week. They created the most gorgeous arrangement: soft pink roses, bright yellow blooms, fresh whites, and beautiful greenery arranged so thoughtfully. It completely transformed her room and instantly lifted her spirits. The flowers were vibrant, elegant, and clearly crafted with care. Delivery to St. Peter’s was seamless and professional. I had such a a beautiful experience at this shop and with the florist Marie. I told her limited information about my loved one I was getting flowers for and she had such a wonderful vision for what my bouquet should look like. Spent 30 mins in there having a great chat with Marie. 10000/10 recommend this shop. Amazing environment and affordable pricing!! <3
